DTF Metallic Sheets
Allows the transfer of metal on textiles without weeding by the DTF printing process.

These metal sheets are covered on the back with a treatment allowing direct digital printing, the support is then powdered and dried according to the usual DTF process to carry out the transfer
- FILM THICKNESS 130 Microns
- Coating thickness 20 microns
- Antistatic treatment
- Final metallic finish
- Anti-lift property for laying on sublimated textiles
Print the visual in mirror with DTF inks or your digital textile printer, on the outer side of the film (grey side). Use only white inks and adjust the amount of ink so that the ink layer is thick enough but does not smudge. If you print with a brother GTX use the parameters: mask 2 Accent 3.
Then apply the powder and remove the excess, make sure that there is no glue residue outside the visual.
Then dry the powder under the press or in a tunnel, until you obtain a smooth and shiny surface. The transfer is then ready for installation.
Laid
- Press transfer at 160°C for 20 seconds with medium/strong pressure
- Then wait until the sheet is completely cold, the longer the waiting time, the better the lamination.
- Then tear off the sheet.
- Turn the textile over and then press for 5/10 seconds to firmly fix the transfer
