Tell us who you are

Choose your organisation type, enter its name, the e-mail address that will receive the quotation, your registration number and the delivery address. Only the name and e-mail are required.

Your quotation is ready

Click "Generate my PDF quotation": it gets a number (e.g. DEV-2026-0007) and opens in a new tab. Save or print it for your purchasing file.

What the quotation contains

Our full company details (A.BUISINE SAS, VAT FR54 622 045 979), each item with reference and net price, shipping, net / VAT / gross totals, payment terms, our bank details and an "Approved for order" box to sign.

Ordering after the quotation

Payment terms without prepayment (administrative mandate, invoice filed on Chorus Pro) are reserved for French public bodies. All other customers order online — card, PayPal or bank transfer — or by e-mail with their signed official purchase order.

Option A Online — fastest

  1. Click the order link printed in the PDF ("How to order" box, step 1): your items are put back in your basket.
  2. Check out and pay online (card, PayPal or bank transfer).

Option B By e-mail

Send your signed official purchase order, quoting the quotation number, to info@abuisine.fr. Without this document the order cannot be registered. We confirm dispatch by e-mail.

Is the quotation binding?

No. It is free and without obligation; it is simply valid for 30 days. Generate as many as you need.

I need to change quantities

Click the order link in the PDF, adjust the basket and generate a new quotation.

Prices and VAT

Prices are net of VAT; VAT is applied at the rate in force. EU businesses with a valid VAT number can order VAT-free after registering an account. Shipping is calculated for the destination shown in the basket.
