Presensitized emulsion FOTECOAT 1847

Blue, ready-to-use photopolymer emulsion for producing thick-film stencils in screen printing (high-density printing, raised effects). Stencil thickness is built up by the number of coats, wet-on-wet, by hand or by machine.

• Presensitized: no mixing, no degassing
• Polyester mesh from 32 to 90 threads/cm
• Suitable for plastisol, UV and solvent-based inks; very good solvent resistance
• Fast exposure, much shorter than diazo or dual-cure emulsions
• Pack size: 1 kg

Exposure: time depends on the lamp, distance, mesh and coating thickness. Run an exposure test before production.
